Remote Parking Services Investigator & Appeals Officer

Pertemps Bond is recruiting a Parking Services Officer for a leading London local authority. The role is predominantly remote with occasional attendance at West London offices, and is temporary with potential extension. Pay £22.24 per hour PAYE or £28.42 per hour Umbrella.

You will handle Penalty Charge Notices, PCN challenges and representations under the Traffic Management Act 2004, liaise with tribunals, residents and enforcement agents, and ensure timely, compliant casework.
