Duties will include 1:1 support for individual pupils as well as working with small groups and general classroom and teaching support as needed by the school.
The successful candidate will be:
- Proactive and able to demonstrate a real passion for working with children of different ages & abilities
- Committed to working flexibly as part of a team for the benefit of all children
- Experienced in delivering targeted intervention support & able to evidence impact on pupil learning
- Fully supportive of the vision & values of our inclusive Catholic school
- Confident to engage with parents and others in supporting the achievements of a child with an EHCP.
