Global Information Security Manager (M/F/X)

Overview

As Global Information Security Manager you lead and evolve DHL Supply Chain’s information security program to reduce risk across regions. You collaborate with the DSC CISO and regional teams to implement risk-based controls, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence. You’ll drive security initiatives across IT, cloud, OT, and AI initiatives while ensuring governance and reporting effectiveness. This role offers impact at scale, shaping security posture in a global logistics ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Drive the global Information Risk Management program and track remediation with leadership involvement
• Perform risk assessments and report risk exposure and compliance to senior management and C-level stakeholders
• Lead the global Vulnerability Management program prioritizing remediation by risk and threat intelligence
• Coordinate Threat Intelligence activities and implement proactive security measures across regions
• Own and report security treatment actions to the IT Management Board
• Represent DSC in cross-divisional security programs and align with global policies and standards
• Advance security initiatives in AI Security, OT Security, and IAM for strategic capability adoption
• Maintain and enhance DSC InfoSec KPI reporting and dashboards, including Power BI insights
• Participate in 24/7 on-call incident management and lead Incident Response activities when needed
• Oversee secure incident response coordination and crisis leadership

Key requirements

• 5+ years IT experience and 3+ years in IT Security, preferably in a corporate environment
• Track record delivering information security and risk management programs
• Practical experience with ITIL, ISO/IEC 27000, COBIT, and ISAE3402
• Experience delivering change and technology upgrades
• Strong risk assessment and mitigation experience
• Knowledge of cyber security, data privacy regulations, IT service management, and IT project delivery
• Excellent communication skills in English and stakeholder management
• University degree with professional certifications valued (CISSP, CISM, CCISO, ISO 27001 Auditor, Prince 2, ITIL)
