Overview

In this role you lead a store department to deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency. You guide a team of Sales Advisors, drive performance through data-informed decisions, and act as a brand ambassador to bring the store experience to life. You manage daily operations and step in as Store Manager when needed, shaping a welcoming, high‑performing environment aligned with the brand. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to continuously develop talent and uphold brand standards, with a focus on meaningful customer journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-level customer service through styling expertise and strong product knowledge in an engaging store environment
  • Analyse sales data and collaborate with the Store Manager to maximise department performance
  • Lead and motivate Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards
  • Support recruitment and onboarding, and develop training for new hires
  • Identify and nurture future talent and contribute to development plans
  • Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and brand alignment
  • Act as a brand ambassador delivering best possible customer experiences
  • Step in as Store Manager when required to maintain leadership continuity

Key requirements

  • Retail experience with good knowledge of store operations and standards
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to lead by example
  • Genuine interest in products and ability to share enthusiasm with customers
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and pursue development
  • Excellent communication: clear, confident, empathetic
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and varied hours including evenings, weekends, holidays
