In this role you will estimate for a leading main contractor in South London, covering super prime residential, heritage, and commercial office projects up to 20m. You will contribute to a strong bid pipeline and work within a reputable team that values quality and reliability. The role focuses on accurate take-offs, drawing-based estimating, and using the right software to support project wins. Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates from drawings and documentation
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings
• Apply appropriate software tools for estimation
• Support bid and tender processes across residential, heritage, and commercial projects

Key requirements

• Degree or similar qualification (ideally)
• Proven track record as an Estimator
• Experience with a main contractor
• Experience on super prime residential, heritage, commercial offices, education and healthcare projects
• Good understanding of estimation software
• Take-offs from drawings
