Overview

In this role you will join a respected law firm in the Employment Law department as a Partner. You will demonstrate deep employment law expertise across contentious and non-contentious matters and lead both client work and business development efforts. You will strengthen existing client relationships while shaping strategy and delivering high-quality, advisory and contentious services. Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise on employment law caseloads, including contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and secure new business
  • Contribute as a Partner within the employment law team, providing leadership and strategic direction
  • Support career progression and mentoring within the department
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality legal services
  • Represent the firm in client meetings, hearings, and negotiations

Key requirements

  • Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent with partnership potential
  • Detailed knowledge and technical expertise in employment law
  • Proven ability to build and strengthen client relationships
  • Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Ability to contribute strategically as a Partner
