Appeals Data Coordinator – Customer Support

NEC Software Solutions UK is seeking an organized data entry officer to support the NEC Appeals Service contract. You will input postal appeals into the CMS, gather required information, and ensure timely, accurate recording and filing of data.

The role requires excellent telephone manner, strong communication, and a proactive approach to liaising with appellants and London Councils staff. Working on a Mon-Sat rota, you will contribute to service delivery with minimal supervision.
