Overview
As Head of Financial Management, you will lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting and statutory accounts to strengthen financial management across the council. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Procurement, you will provide expert advice to senior leaders, elected members and partners to ensure financial sustainability. You will shape the finance function, develop people, and raise professional standards while working closely with cross‑functional teams.
