Associate HR Business Partner

Overview

In this role, you partner with employees and managers across Poland and Hungary to support the employee lifecycle and drive regional HR initiatives. You will work closely with a global HR team to deliver data-driven insights, help manage cases, and implement projects that improve the employee experience. This position offers hands-on exposure to HR data, reporting, and multi-country employment practices in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You will play a visible role in shaping regional people processes and policies while growing your HR expertise.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers across Poland & Hungary, advising on policies and procedures and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Support the employee life cycle (pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding)
• Assist in managing employee relations cases with fairness and compliance
• Support HR reporting and data analysis to generate actionable insights
• Contribute to regional HR projects and initiatives (engagement activities, onboarding, service awards) to enhance the employee experience
• Stay updated on Polish and Hungarian employment law and help implement changes
• Update and maintain HR documentation reflecting branding, policies, and local requirements

Key requirements

• HR generalist experience
• Polish employment law knowledge
• Experience with employee relations casework
• Familiarity with HR data and reporting (Excel or HR systems)
• Experience contributing to HR projects and strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills in a fast-paced global environment
• Proactive, curious mindset and willingness to learn and take on responsibility
• Fluent in English and Polish; Hungarian language skills are a strong advantage
