Summary of Role

To maximise sales, by providing a high standard of service to the customers and maintain the brand image.

• GREAT customer service guidelines are followed and delivered

• Promotes and delivers in store piercing service (where applicable).
• Use product knowledge to generate sales and increase customer loyalty to the brand
• Completes all tasks correctly and on time and follows company policies and procedures
• Reflect the values of the brand in personal presentation and demonstrate passion forthe store.
• Ensures stock is presented in the right way and provides relevant information on allproducts to customers, i.e. best sellers, new arrivals, fabrics and sustainability
• Ensures housekeeping standards are maintained
• Follow visual merchandising principles and ZBOH replenishment guidelines in store toensure that the brand is represented at the highest level
• Is aware of current targets, promotions, and campaigns in store
• To comply with health and safety and security procedures
• To comply with all Company policies and procedures
