In this role you will join a prestigious US law firm’s London office to support a high-value private equity team focused on leveraged finance transactions. You will contribute to predominantly buy-side deals, collaborating with cross-border colleagues to execute complex financing structures. Responsibilities

• Support high-value leveraged finance transactions, primarily on buy-side deals for PE clients
• Collaborate with cross-border teams to structure financing solutions
• Contribute to deal execution from diligence through closing
• Operate within a prestigious, high-performance PE practice in London
• Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing

Key requirements

• 3-5 PQE
• England & Wales qualified
• PE experience within a US, Magic Circle, or Top 30 City law firm
• Excellent academics
