Private Equity Senior Associate looking for partnership

Overview

In this role you will contribute to the growth of a global law firm’s mid-market private equity practice. You will leverage an established client base and network to develop opportunities and cross-referrals across the firm’s global platform. The position targets a senior associate ready to progress toward partnership and to expand the PE offering in London. You will work with colleagues to shape deal flow and cross-border relationships, driving value for clients and the firm.

Responsibilities

• Grow the mid-market private equity practice and deal flow
• Maintain and develop a solid book of business
• Leverage cross-referrals within the global network
• Collaborate with partners to expand PE capabilities in London
• Contribute to strategy for partnership track and client development

Key requirements

• ≥9 years PQE in private equity or related field
• Proven ability to bring and manage a book of business
• Willingness to pursue partnership path
• London-based or eligible to work in London
