Pep Talks works with 300+ PE-backed CEOs, CFOs and CPOs in the UK, operating in the business olympics. Your role is to convert qualified leads into Members, run discovery conversations, and keep the pipeline flowing with timely follow-ups and relevant content.

You’ll own the pipeline using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, fill events with the right attendees, and drive growth with a disciplined, data-driven approach. Commission is substantial and tied to results as we scale.
