Spire St Anthony’s Hospital in Sutton seeks a Theatre Manager to lead a busy theatre department and deliver excellence in patient care. You will mentor the team, drive clinical governance and work with senior leaders to meet KPI and budget targets, within a six-theatre unit offering orthopaedic, gynae and cardio-thoracic services.
Ideal candidates will be HCPC/NMC registered with senior theatre leadership experience, a strong orthopaedic background, and a collaborative, patient-focused approach.
