Hybrid Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant

Cognizant Microsoft Business Group seeks a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to lead CRM solution implementations for public sector clients. The role is hybrid with travel to client sites in London about two times per week, working within a collaborative, cloud-first Microsoft partner team.

You will drive business discussions, map processes, write clear user stories, and guide Agile delivery with a team of analysts and developers. This is a client-facing, end-to-end implementation capacity.
