Confidential in Chelmsford is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join an established team. The role covers all stages of residential conveyancing from inception to post-completion, with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and client service.
You will handle registered and unregistered titles, freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions, assist with remortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy, and liaise with Land Registry to progress applications.
