Care Home Deputy Manager – Lead Team & Grow (QCF5)

Agincare is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead our care team, ensuring safe, supportive and person-centred care. The role supports the Registered Manager and may cover responsibilities in their absence.

Expect induction and supervision of staff, care audits, lomb-resident care plans, and liaison with families and professionals. A 42-hour week, including weekends, is required in a growing national provider celebrating 40 years of service.
