A lovely first-time family are seeking an experienced and nurturing Maternity Night Nanny to support them with their first baby during the early weeks.The ideal candidate will be confident working alongside first-time parents and will understand the importance of providing calm, reassuring support as they find their feet as a new family. The parents are looking for someone who can share their knowledge and experience, while respecting their choices and empowering them to make informed decisions about their baby’s care.The successful candidate will be up to date with current NHS guidance and safer sleep practices, with a strong understanding of newborn care. They should be confident caring for a young baby overnight and supporting parents with establishing a gentle, responsive routine.Mum is hoping to breastfeed, so experience supporting breastfeeding mothers and establishing successful feeding patterns would be highly desirable.This is a wonderful opportunity for a knowledgeable, warm and team-oriented Maternity Night Nanny who enjoys working collaboratively with parents and can provide both practical support and reassurance during those precious first weeks.EDD: 3rd January 2026Job Start Date: 10th January 2026Contract End: 8 weeks approx.Location: Royal Leamington SpaGross hourly Rate: £25ph grossHours of work: 9pm -7amNights required: Weeks 1–2: five nights a weekWeeks 3–4: three nights a weekWeeks 5–6: two nights a weekWeeks 7–8: one night a week

For all roles with children and the vulnerable you must have an up-to-date enhanced DBS certificate which is registered on the update service, a 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate and a minimum of 2 professional referees who are happy for you to share their contact details to our recruiters. One of your references must be your current or last employer and both references must be immediately contactable. We also recommend that you have appropriate professional insurance (maternity practitioner insurance / consultant insurance).
