Active 1:1 Support Worker – Outdoor & Social

Dimensions in Radstock is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide 1:1 and daily 2:1 support for a gentleman in his 30s with autism and learning disabilities. This is an on-site, full-time permanent role rooted in building trust and a consistent routine.

The role includes personal care, meal preparation, administering medication, and supporting him to enjoy outings and activities, while collaborating closely with his family to ensure seamless, respectful care.
