Overview

In this role you support the delivery of critical infrastructure projects by upholding governance, document control, and reporting processes. You fit into a regulated environment where accuracy, security, and audit-readiness of project information are essential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain registers, trackers, and submission workflows, ensuring timely delivery and compliance. This is a senior, hands-on position offering exposure to PMO activities and stakeholder management within major projects.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project governance activities, reporting, meetings, actions, risks and project controls information across multiple projects
  • Manage document control processes, ensuring all project documentation, records, submissions and communications are maintained in line with contract, security and compliance requirements
  • Support project teams with reporting, dashboards, commercial administration, document reviews, handovers and audit preparation
  • Maintain accurate project registers, trackers and records while ensuring information remains controlled, current and accessible

Key requirements

  • Significant experience in Project Administration, PMO, Project Coordination or Document Control within complex engineering, construction or regulated environments
  • Strong knowledge of document management processes, revision control, governance and reporting
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication, minute-taking and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience maintaining project registers, action trackers, risk logs and document management systems
  • High attention to detail with the confidence to challenge non-compliant processes and escalate issues when necessary
