Pinpoint, a high-growth HR tech company, is hiring a Staff Product Designer to own end-to-end design for the Marketplace squad. You will collaborate with the PM, tech lead and senior engineers, shaping the product strategy and delivering measurable design outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
You will prototype in code when needed, contribute to the Thumbtack design system, and drive credit, pricing and compliance workflows with a focus on enterprise customers and scalable UX patterns.
