Overview
As a Digital Product Designer you contribute to brand-led digital experiences and build a strong foundation in product design and design systems. You’ll collaborate with Product Designers, Strategists, Service Designers, Content Designers and Developers to deliver scalable, consistent digital products. You’ll contribute to design systems to ensure quality and consistency and learn how components and tokens support multiple products. You will grow your craft through curiosity and collaboration, taking on increasing responsibility as you develop.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to end-to-end product design from research through to UX flows, wireframes and UI screens
- Create clear design artefacts: flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI
- Contribute to and maintain design systems for consistency and quality
- Apply accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles
- Prototype ideas at appropriate fidelity to support decision-making and testing
- Support the design lead in delivering a workstream end-to-end with quality and pace
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, content designers and strategists
- Manage your own time and output within project timelines
- Engage with client teams professionally and present design thinking clearly
Key requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital product design
- Experience across research, concepting, UX, and UI
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating craft and growing range
- Proficiency in Figma and growing knowledge of broader design toolchain
- Understanding of user research methods and applying findings to design
- Ability to work collaboratively in Agile or iterative delivery environments
- Attention to detail in visual craft and interaction logic
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for growing craft
- Collaborative mindset and teamwork
