You will collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth and client delivery, shaping the firm’s finance real estate practice at a senior level. Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow a solid book of business in real estate finance
- Lead and contribute to high-level client engagements and negotiations
- Collaborate with leadership to shape strategy and drive growth
- Mentor and work with junior lawyers to uphold quality and efficiency
- Support the firm’s profitability and cross-functional collaboration
- Represent the firm in client development activities and market positioning
Key requirements
- E&W qualified
- currently at a global, City, National or West End law firm

- 9+ PQE or existing partner
