Overview
As a Senior Manager in EY’s Finance Transformation, you lead large-scale programmes that redesign finance functions for strategic impact. You’ll shape operating models, enable shared services and automation, and deliver measurable benefits across client engagements. You will build strong client relationships, drive business development, and mentor multidisciplinary teams. This role offers exposure to diverse industries across Northern Ireland and the island of Ireland, with a focus on impactful, technology-enabled finance transformations.

Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of Finance Transformation programmes from strategy to benefits realization.
- Advise on finance process optimisation, shared services/GBS, performance management, automation, and finance tech solutions.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and identify value-expanding opportunities.
- Drive business development activities including proposition development, proposals, and sales pursuits.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to enhance client solutions.
- Ensure programmes deliver measurable business benefits and sustainable outcomes.
Key requirements
- Extensive experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation programmes across strategy, design, implementation, and benefits realisation.
- Expertise in finance operating models, process improvement, shared services, ERP implementation, automation, budgeting/planning, performance management, and finance reporting.
- Proven ability to lead complex programmes with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong business development experience, including client relationship management and proposal development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving, with ability to motivate high-performing teams.
