Digital Advisory Consultant, Business & Technology Transformation (Consultant/Senior Consultant)

Overview

In this role, you will help shape digital, business and technology strategies for clients in asset-heavy industries. You will work within the Digital Advisory team to deliver transformation programs, guidance, and insights that drive client outcomes. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, lead workshops and contribute to growth through proposals and knowledge sharing. The opportunity combines strategic advisory with hands-on delivery, supporting a global client base and continuing 2030 Strategy objectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver digital, business and technology transformation and advisory engagements with cross‑functional teams
• Support bid writing, proposal development and client presentations to generate opportunities
• Collaborate across the Digital Advisory practice and wider Turner & Townsend teams, mentoring and sharing knowledge
• Contribute to service development through propositions, playbooks and benchmarking resources
• Support development of capability assessments, transformation roadmaps and operating model improvements
• Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand client priorities and requirements
• Produce high‑quality deliverables and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain insights, benchmarks and knowledge repositories to inform engagements
• Research emerging trends to refine service offerings

Key requirements

• Proven experience in digital strategy, business transformation and technology advisory
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders across client environments
• Experience leading workshops and assessing opportunities for process improvement
• Proficiency with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery approaches
• Ability to analyse business and industry data (KPIs, financial reports, operations metrics) to inform recommendations
• Knowledge of operating models, roadmaps, business cases and transformation plans is desirable
• Familiarity with PMO, project controls and related reporting is advantageous
• Comfort working with non‑technical stakeholders and translating needs for technical teams
• Experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture or service design is desirable
