Civils Site Manager – Wastewater Works (Rugby, 2-Year)

SER Limited seeks an experienced Civils Site Manager for a secured wastewater treatment works project in Rugby. The role starts mid-October and is a two-year contract, with a day rate of £350+ depending on experience.

You will manage a gang on site, drive delivery, and ensure RAMS and site records are impeccably maintained. The project includes concrete works, pipelines, and broader civils delivery, with early phases valued around £2.5m and a follow-on phase of about £1m.
