Overview
In this role you will lead assurance and compliance activities across a complex facilities estate to protect essential infrastructure. You will work with Delivery Managers, clients and operations to uphold statutory and contractual standards. You’ll coach teams, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement in health, safety and compliance. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a secure, mission-critical environment with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver assurance audits across the contract to ensure statutory and mandatory compliance
- Partner with Delivery Managers and operations to identify risks, improve performance and maintain regulatory compliance
- Provide technical guidance, coaching and compliance training to support operational excellence
- Monitor and promote high standards of health, safety and compliance aligned with SLAs and contractual obligations
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships and provide trusted advisory support
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen compliance processes and operational effectiveness
Key requirements
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance requirements and facilities management standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels
- Experience in facilities management, estates management or similar operational environment (Essential)
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance management
- Strong report writing, analytical and Microsoft Office skills
- Proven ability to lead teams, prioritise workloads and resolve issues proactively
