Senior Business Analyst

Overview

In this Senior Business Analyst role, you will help shape customer-facing, enterprise-wide initiatives within the global Investor Engagement team, aligning stakeholder needs with product objectives and technology delivery. You will work in a cross-functional Agile setup, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to drive solution design and tangible business value. A key focus is integrating multiple entities and data streams to grow a new strategic business line and evolve the ingage IR platform. You will enable continuous improvement through effective workshops, documentation, and clear communication, while supporting delivery across remote and hybrid settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other Business Analysts, Architects, and UI/UX experts to identify requirements and propose solutions
• Evaluate and document existing processes and suggest potential improvements
• Prepare high-level requirements for refinement, including high-quality user stories
• Capture information in clear, reviewable formats for stakeholders
• Run effective stakeholder workshops to keep sessions interactive and productive
• Liaise with off-site stakeholders using remote tools (teleconferencing, email)
• Work closely with Engineers to meet business and customer requirements and implement solutions
