GSOC Regional Program Manager, EMEA

Overview

As GSOC Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional programs and regional delivery of global security initiatives. You drive operational excellence through disciplined program management, KPI monitoring, and knowledge sharing. You partner with GSRS and external stakeholders to enhance delivery, change management, and communications. You contribute to Google’s mission to protect, sustain, and enable enduring growth in a security-conscious culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead discreet projects and implement global security initiatives at the regional level
• mature program documentation and establish KPI monitoring across programs
• cultivate cross-functional partnerships with GSRS and external stakeholders
• act as liaison to partners and support Regional SOC Manager with change management and stakeholder engagement
• advance the GSRS mission by integrating safety, security and resiliency into processes and culture
• foster psychological safety and mutual respect within the team

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience implementing security resilience programs across multiple regions
• experience with multidisciplinary program management in an organization
