Digital Advisory Consultant, Data Strategy (Consultant/Senior Consultant)

Overview

In this role you will deliver data and digital strategy advisory to asset-intensive sectors, supporting transformation across global projects. You’ll join a multidisciplinary Digital Advisory team, contributing to growth through bid work, client engagement and knowledge sharing. You will help develop propositions and playbooks while mentoring colleagues. The position offers international exposure and a chance to shape data-driven decision making within a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data strategy and digital advisory engagements with multidisciplinary teams
• Develop roadmaps aligned with client objectives
• Produce high-quality deliverables and maintain strong client relationships
• Support lead generation, bid writing, proposals and client presentations
• Build positive client relationships to enable repeat business
• Collaborate across Digital Advisory and wider business
• Contribute to service development, playbooks and reusable assets
• Maintain insights and benchmarking databases for client engagements
• Research emerging data trends to refine service offerings

Key requirements

• Digital, data and technology strategy expertise
• Ability to engage with clients, lead workshops and identify process improvements
• Experience with Digital Strategy and Transformation projects using Agile and/or Waterfall
• Data-enabled transformation experience, including analysing KPIs and operational metrics
• Familiarity with PMO and project controls environments (desirable)
• Knowledge of data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Databricks, and BI tools like Power BI
• Ability to elicit business needs from non-technical stakeholders and translate to requirements
• Desirable: AI knowledge and use-case identification
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement
• Willingness to travel up to 2-3 days per week
