Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver direct procurements and Acquisition Strategy workstreams
- Maintain tender schedules, timelines and risk registers
- Coordinate trust engagement and cross-workstream alignment
- Ensure timely procurement documentation and governance submissions
- Support development of procurement plans for major procurements
- Oversee alignment with client strategies and benefits (PBC25)
- Produce weekly programme and procurement progress reports
- Manage multi-stakeholder environments in procurement projects
Key requirements
- procurement project management experience on major programmes
- strong PMO, planning and risk management capability
- knowledge of public contract regulations and compliant procurement processes
- experience managing multi-stakeholder environments
- project management qualification desirable (Prince2/APM)
- MCIPS desirable
