Overview
In this role you support the Asset Project Manager during Define, coordinating inputs to complete work packages and preparing for Execute. You’ll focus on ES work, FDP development, engineering studies, and pre-execution readiness. Working with discipline leads, you drive timely deliverables, manage interfaces, and help shape project progression. This position offers exposure to upstream development in the UKCS and a clear path from Define to Execute. You will contribute to cross-functional project delivery within a global energy-focused staffing environment.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate responses to Environmental Statement data requests and track actions to closure
- Consolidate inputs for Draft Field Development Plan consistent with ES and project schedule
- Support Execute readiness by aligning delivery schedule, resources, and handover plans
- Progress engineering study activities (topsides modifications, subsea FEED) via coordinating inputs, clarifications, and deliverables
- Identify activities, resources, and dependencies with PM and discipline leads for Define and Prepare for Execute
- Maintain plans and action registers, resolve coordination issues, escalate decisions needing PM input
- Prepare concise updates on work packages and participate in project reviews and resource planning (including 2027 requirements)
Key requirements
- Experience delivering work packages in upstream oil & gas development, preferably UKCS
- Understanding of Define and Execute phases, including engineering studies and project approval
- Experience coordinating Environmental Statement and Field Development Plan inputs across disciplines
- Ability to plan, progress, track deliverables, and resolve interfaces
- Sound judgement to identify risks and know when PM decisions are required
- Strong communication skills to influence contributors and provide concise progress reports
