Senior Manager – People & Change Consulting

In this Senior Manager role within Wipro Consulting, you will lead large-scale people and transformation programmes that drive measurable business impact. You will nurture senior client relationships as a trusted CHRO advisor and shape growth opportunities across AI-powered HR, enterprise platforms, and change adoption. You will oversee multi-shore engagements, coach high-performing teams, and develop thought leadership to advance Wipro’s P&C propositions.
