Overview
In this role you will support the tax affairs of our UK and US offices within the International Tax team. You’ll handle a broad mix of direct tax matters, including partnership tax, transfer pricing, and international tax, while collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams. You will assess new business activities for tax implications, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to advisory and strategic projects. The position offers ownership, visibility, and meaningful contribution in a dynamic financial services environment, with opportunities to shape tax strategy and systems.

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day tax compliance across partnership tax, transfer pricing, and international tax for UK and US offices
- Collaborate on systems strategy and technology solutions
- Assess new business activities for direct tax implications
- Proactively identify tax risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with the German head office and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Assist with ad hoc advisory and project work
Key requirements
- Fully qualified Accountant – CTA, ACA, ACCA or qualified by experience
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax
- Experience in International Tax preferred
- Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to explain tax guidance to non-tax colleagues
- Proficient in Outlook and Office (Excel/Word)
