Temporary New Homes Sales Negotiator – Swindon

TeamSales are looking for experienced New Homes Sales Consultants in Swindon and the surrounding areas due to an increase in demand for temporary cover in the area. We are looking for regular support for ad-hoc and ongoing bookings for multiple developments in the local area.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Experience of New Homes Sales or Estate Agency
• Excellent interpersonal and immaculate presentation
• Understanding of the compliance when selling New Homes
• IT Literate with experience of working on CRM systems
• Experience in the retirement sector an advantage
• Car and driving licence required
• Available to work on weekends

We have an immediate requirement for a client selling to the over 55’s. The hours are 10-4 and they need someone to work at least 2 days a week to include a Saturday

We have worked with many of our temps for more that 10 years and value the relationship with have them.
