Arena Group is seeking an organized Assistant Site Operations Manager to support the Site Operations Manager. You will coordinate site crews across the UK and Europe, handle travel, labour scheduling and payroll support, with a hybrid role based in St Ives or Wantage.
You will manage HR records, timesheets and training, while liaising with suppliers and subcontractors. Strong Excel skills and independent work ethic are essential for success.
