Overview

In this role you will build and own Goodlord’s partner marketing engine, creating joint value propositions and scalable campaigns with partners to drive enterprise growth. You will collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, and the wider Marketing team to prioritise partners, launch co-branded initiatives, and measure impact on pipeline. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and hands-on delivery, turning partner activity into commercial results. This is a ground-up opportunity to shape how partnerships fuel growth in a dynamic proptech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the partner marketing strategy, including partner tiering and prioritisation
  • Create joint value propositions and co-marketing plans for shared customers
  • Plan and execute campaigns across content, email, social, events, and webinars
  • Support partnership and integration launches with assets and campaigns
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets and analyse performance
  • Produce co-branded content and partner enablement materials (launch packs, case studies)
  • Build strong relationships with partner marketing teams and be the main Goodlord contact for partners
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships and Marketing to convert partner activity into business results
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery to establish effective playbooks
  • Operate in a fast-moving environment with cross-functional stakeholders

Key requirements

  • strong B2B marketing experience, ideally SaaS/tech
  • genuine experience in partner, channel or affiliate marketing
  • commercial mindset with ability to discuss pipeline and revenue
  • ability to prioritise partners and allocate time/budget effectively
  • experience working with Sales and Partnerships teams
  • comfort with both strategy and delivery
  • strong relationship-building with external partners and internal stakeholders
  • proactive, curious, and able to create structure where none exists
  • experience in proptech is a bonus
