As an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant in our Birmingham Technology team, you will build and sustain client relationships while sourcing top tech talent. You’ll conduct business development calls to meet organisations and key stakeholders, supporting our growth in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will learn a structured recruitment process, from screening candidates to compliant reporting, contributing to a collaborative, high-energy culture. Responsibilities

• Make cold and sales calls to prospective clients to promote services
• Develop and maintain relationships with organisations and key decision makers
• Engage in face-to-face meetings with in-house recruiters, directors, and line managers
• Source, screen, and recruit top-tier candidates for roles
• Draft reports, ensure compliance, and participate in internal projects
• Work toward daily targets and KPIs to achieve monetary goals
