Overview

In this PMO role, you will support delivery of Network Development and Infrastructure projects across UK Networks. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure governance, on-time, on-budget delivery, and realization of benefits. You’ll manage documentation, risk and issue processes, and the handover to operations, shaping a future-ready network. The position sits in a collaborative, hybrid environment that values inclusion and changemaking.

Responsibilities

• Establish, execute, and close projects per governance
• Document outputs, analyses, and tools used in project activity
• Manage handover of deliverables to operations with knowledge transfer
• Maintain risk mitigation and issue management processes
• Define project scope, team roles, and responsibilities; manage stakeholders
• Manage delivery scope and resolve deviations
• Provide timely governance reporting to stakeholders
• Facilitate completion reviews and leverage programme governance
• Track realised benefits and ensure alignment with portfolio governance
• Coordinate with internal networks, wider teams, and key suppliers
