Sales Administrator – Finance & Credit Operations

Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking for your next opportunity within a fast-paced and growing business?

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join a busy operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous administration experience who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys managing multiple tasks whilst maintaining exceptional accuracy.

Working closely with customers, internal sales teams and external funding partners, you will play a key role in ensuring finance applications, customer documentation and order processes are handled efficiently and compliantly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing customer finance applications and maintaining accurate records within CRM systems
  • Managing customer credit lines and supporting the full application process
  • Liaising with customers to obtain supporting documentation and information
  • Ensuring all applications meet regulatory requirements
  • Updating funder platforms with customer information and application details
  • Communicating application outcomes to customers and internal sales teams
  • Supporting order processing following finance approval
  • Managing hire agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely submissionHandling early termination requests and collection-related administration
  • Maintaining excellent communication between customers, funders and internal stakeholders
  • Delivering exceptional service whilst meeting agreed service levels and deadlines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience within a Sales Administrator, Finance Administrator, Credit Administrator or similar administrative position
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • A proactive and organised approach to work
  • The ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining quality standards
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop

Essential Requirements

  • Previous administration experience in a sales, finance, credit or customer operations environment
  • Understanding of GDPR compliance and data handling processes
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C / Level 4 or above
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
