Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud or E-Business Suite transformation programmes from strategy to delivery
• Own successful programme delivery, governance, and commercial oversight
• Manage stakeholder relationships at executive level and influence decision making
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-impact transformation outcomes
• Navigate major business change and balance strategic thinking with delivery excellence

Key requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite transformations
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets, delivery metrics and fixed-price engagements
• Expertise in programme governance, risk management and stakeholder management
• Ability to influence senior executives and build trusted client relationships
• Experience delivering ERP, HCM or EPM transformation initiatives
• MSP, PRINCE2 or equivalent programme management expertise
