Packaging Manager — Lead Bottling & Continuous Improvement

St Austell Brewery is seeking a Packaging Manager to lead the Packaging Team and oversee bottling, kegging and cask racking operations. You will translate the production strategy into practical packaging plans and act as the senior technical contact for packaging issues, while driving safety and a people-first culture.

You will work with Production, Engineering and Quality to meet schedules on time and within budget, coach and develop the team, and drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime
