Resettlement & Wellbeing Support Practitioner (Criminal Justice)

Progress to Change, a Leeds-based charity running two Independent Approved Premises, invites applications for Criminal Justice Support Practitioner. You will support residents leaving custody, help them access services, manage risk, promote wellbeing and assist with community reintegration.

This full-time role requires a rota including day, evening, waking nights, weekends and bank holidays to keep the service open 24/7.
