Overview

As a Finance Analyst in FP&A, you support budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis to enable data-driven commercial decisions in a fast-paced, global gaming company. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and the finance team to provide insightful financial reporting and business commentary. This role offers broad exposure to planning, P&L analysis and KPI reporting, with opportunities to partner across the business and contribute to continuous improvement. Responsibilities

  • Contribute to budgets, forecasts and long-range planning
  • Analyze actual vs forecast costs, revenue and profitability to identify trends and drivers
  • Support monthly P&L reviews with analysis and commentary for Finance and stakeholders
  • Prepare financial, operational and KPI reporting highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Produce management packs and dashboards to inform decision-making
  • Maintain planning assumptions and financial models with documentation
  • Partner with budget owners to gather, validate and interpret financial information
  • Deliver ad hoc analyses and projects within deadlines
  • Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, systems, reporting and controls
  • Uphold data quality, governance and confidentiality of sensitive information

Key requirements

  • Interest in building a career in FP&A and commercial finance
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office skills
  • Experience using AI tools for efficiency or analysis
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail and multi-priority management
