Global Fire Safety Manager

Overview

In this role you will act as the technical lead for fire risk and safety compliance across a global estate, driving consistency and assurance. You will partner with senior stakeholders, operations and external providers to shape fire safety processes and guidance. You’ll audit and improve compliance programs, ensuring statutory requirements are met while influencing cross-functional teams. This is a senior, global role with a focus on governance, risk reduction and proactive safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Technical lead for fire risk management and safety compliance across the global estate
• Reviewing and auditing fire safety compliance processes to ensure portfolio-wide adherence
• Providing expert fire safety guidance to operations, H&S teams and senior stakeholders
• Supporting development and management of fire safety processes, documentation and internal control procedures

Key requirements

• Significant experience in Fire Safety, Fire Compliance or Fire Science
• NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent Level 3 Qualification
• Strong knowledge of statutory and legal fire safety compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior clients
