e.l.f. Beauty seeks a Demand Planning Manager to develop and manage international demand forecasts. You will partner with supply chain, sales, and cross-functional teams to align on weekly forecasts and drive improvements in accuracy across markets.
Requirements include 2–5 years in demand planning, a related bachelor’s degree, and advanced Excel; ERP/MRP and SQL/Python knowledge are pluses. Hybrid London work setup is supported.
