Community-Focused Customer Service Associate

Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking a Customer Services Assistant to greet customers, assist at checkout, stock shelves and support in-store services. You’ll be part of a team delivering a welcoming, well-presented store and helping local communities.

No prior retail experience required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are valued. You’ll be supported with training and development, with opportunities to get involved in community initiatives.
