Food Product Development Placement – Trainee

Charlie Bigham’s in London is offering a one-year placement within the New Food Development (NFD) team. You will support the NFD and EFD processes from concept briefs to handover, work on scale-up trials, and assist with sample preparation for tastings and testing.

The role involves documenting trials, maintaining quality records, and coordinating with production and QA teams to ensure successful product launches in a fast-paced environment.
