Overview
In this role, you will support the Service Manager and General Manager to deliver safe, effective, patient-centred operational services across multiple sites. You will focus on patient pathways, capacity, performance and access, helping the service meet key standards. You will work with clinical, nursing, administrative and corporate colleagues to drive service improvements and governance while managing day-to-day operational challenges. The role requires strong organisation, analysis and communication, with the ability to act with initiative and maintain clear boundaries of responsibility. Regular travel between Frimley Park, Wexham Park and Heatherwood may be required, enabling cross-site,

Responsibilities
- Monitor waiting lists, validation, pathways, capacity, workforce and productivity; identify, action and escalate operational risks and performance issues
- Contribute to governance, complaints, risk management, financial monitoring and service improvement
- Support delivery of service objectives and continuous improvement of operational services
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative and corporate colleagues to ensure policy and procedure compliance
- Provide cross-site operational support and travel as required
Key requirements
- Experience coordinating operational or administrative services within a complex environment
- Experience supervising or line managing staff (appraisal, attendance, training compliance, performance management)
- Experience using performance, activity, waiting list, pathway or workforce information to support service delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organisational, analytical and numeracy skills
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and relevant clinical, workforce and operational systems
