Inverto seeks a Knowledge Content Management Specialist to drive end-to-end knowledge excellence in a global consulting setup. You will establish standards for metadata, taxonomy, and governance, enabling consistent, high-quality content capture across regions. You’ll empower project teams with practical tools and scalable solutions, while guiding adoption of AI-enabled knowledge processes. Your cross-office collaboration and ownership will strengthen the usability and value of our knowledge assets. Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain standards for metadata, taxonomy, and governance to ensure high-quality, compliant knowledge content
• Enable consistent content capture across the business and across offices
• Provide guidance, tools, and scalable solutions to help teams capture, share, and leverage knowledge across projects and regions
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled knowledge content management processes while balancing stability with innovation
• Mentor and collaborate with stakeholders across offices to improve usability and value of knowledge content

Key requirements

• Degree in information management, business, or comparable field; 3–5 years in knowledge management in consulting or international environment
• Advanced understanding of structured content, taxonomy, metadata, and searchability; governance frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, SharePoint-based data environments; AI-enabled workflows is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English; clear communication across technical and business stakeholders; strong ownership and initiative
• Ability to thrive in an international environment and drive alignment across functions
